Return and Refund Policy

If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly within 30 days of product delivery and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement at no cost to you. Some issues do not qualify for replacement, they are outlined below.


If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if a customer receives a damaged product.


In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your account within 1 business day after notifying us.
